Residential Customers System Installation
Mr Falshaw, Essex
As with many of our customers we were recommended to him by a local company.
During his first conversation with us we spoke through his frustration of the previous people he had dealt with. He also noted that companies were providing him with mis-information and were letting him down on giving a response to his problems.
During the telephone conversation it was apparent that we would be able to help him and arranged a site visit.
During the survey we listened to his requirements and offered possible solutions, which were relevant to his needs. As with all our installations the correct treatment plant with the right invert was selected.
Mr Falshaw was building a new property and time was against him to allow him to lay the internal ground floor with the foul pipe work in the correct position. From the design we offered he was now in a clear position of the lay out which no other person or company was able to provide him with and he therefore could continue with the building of his property which was a major concern that it did not fall behind schedule.
We summated a quotation within a couple of days of our site inspection, which he was more then satisfied with and also requested a design layout for his storm water pipe work installation that was used for the works.
Fortunately Mr Falshaw had been wise to already apply for his consent to discharge licence which meant we were able to attend and accommodate his works quite swiftly.
We were able to carry out the installation as per the quotation and removed the motor as recommended by Klargester during installation and will return and install it when the electrics are ready. Once the electrics are completed the system would then be commissioned.
